knowledges about cardboard box

 Technically,  Cardboard boxes are actually made by corrugated fiberboard installed of cardboard. The first commercial cardboard box was produced in England in 1817 and the United States in 1895. The significant increase in its use as it has been used for food packaging. There's even a cardboard box museum in France which listed the cardboard box used since 1840. Even though, we are curious about the cardboard box, most of us them everyday, but seldomly know the knowledges about corrugated box.

What are corrugated boxes made of?
Corrugated cardboard box consists of two layers, called "liner" and the parts between two liners called as "fluting" (derived from the verb flute). The coating is made of long fibers in order made it to be strong and durable. The flutes are made of short fibers to be rigid and resistant under pressure. This kind of corrugated cardboard called as single wall, there are also double and triple wall corrugated cardboard.


What it cardboard box used for?
The corrugated boxes are ideal for selling a wide range of applications including shipping boxes,  moving boxes, postal boxes for eBay or other online auction sites etc. Cardboard boxes can also be used widely on family. such as a toy for children because they often use their imagination and be happy to represent the field as an infinite variety of objects, store old things, make home for pats etc.


How we use cardboard box to protect our environments?
Corrugated cardboard are recyclable, and lots of resources could be the material used for corrugated cardboard production. Most local authorities have plans to collect and recycle the cardboard boxes, alternatively you can hole in a local recycling bank. If you pick up the cardboard to recycle in a cardboard box, then you will have to separate them later. Cardboard is also biodegradable and decomposes when sent to landfill unlike plastic.
